I've lost weight before easily and without a problem, but the only thing I hate about eating healthy is when I have to eat a lot of tasteless food, or if I do it will be the same food over and over again.What I love about this book not only there are a lot of recipe, but also they tasted so good that I wish I found it sooner.They are surprisingly easy to follow and easy to make.If you want to eat healthy, great tasting, easy to follow recipe, then buy this book!

Each meal is healthy, perfect for losing weight, and if you make a habit of eating meals from this book often enough, you will notice a definite increase in your energy levels.
