About the Author A Certified NASM Master Trainer who lives each moment with passion. He has been immersed in fitness his entire life. Tony entered UC Irvine with an engineering career in mind. At UCI, his teaching passion flourished. He served as a tutor, mentor and teacher throughout his college career. Tony found his calling as he inspired his college roommate to lose fifty pounds. The fifty pounds that his roommate lost transformed both of their lives. One enjoyed a new physique, confidence, and happiness. The other found his life’s mission. After college, he began a career as a personal trainer for 24 Hour Fitness. Tony thrived as stand-out trainer, a fitness manager and ultimately holding the title of general manager. After 24 Hour Fitness, Tony took a leap of faith and formed Total Body Project. The mission was simple, make fitness success attainable for everybody. Tony helped hundreds of clients lose thousands of pounds, with an incredible 90% client success rate. But his true magic is the ability to explain fitness in simple, understandable terms. Tony has five certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and holds two degrees, Engineering and Economics. He believes that education is the key to life empowerment. Tony resides in Irvine, California where he lives his passion daily. I read this amazing book in an hour and it has changed the way that I think about this final journey to skinnyhood. I laughed, embarrassingly, with Aubrey as she talks about every single fad diet that I have put myself through. Juice Cleanses, lemonade diet, crazy exercise regimen...The author breaks it down and educates you while creating the paradigm shift you need to be successful!This is one of those books that you can read every few months when you forget the MAD PLAN that you created in the first place.

If you need to lose 100 pounds or just the last 10, this book will help you do it. Although the plan for weight loss is always going to be burn more calories than you take in, the fact is that the hard part is the mind set to eat less and exercise every day. This book helps you focus on your true goal and helps you avoid emotional choices that can sabotage your efforts. The MAD PLAN will keep you on task and inspire you when you need a little push to keep going. Thanks, Tony!

Finally, some common sense, practical advice to get you to making small changes that are going to add up in the end. I am really motivated to get started with this. Great presentation and format.
