By Amazon Customer Sarah Dawson takes the reader "back to the future" in terms of showing what humans are in "cave man" days and in early civilizations. It won't surprise you to find out that they are a lot healthier diet than we "fast food" humans do today. It will surprise and delight you to learn how you can eat better today by following some of the same principles in your own cooking. Even if you don't plan to change your cooking style, you will enjoy learning about cooking and eating in ancient times.

This book is a guide to eating raw food, a mouth watering recipe book and an informative trainer in eating healthy! I love the way Sarah Dawson has put the whole of the book together. Firstly explaining what the Paleo diet is, the benefits of using this diet and then the recipes which have a wide variety of choices for everyone's' tastes.
