Practical, doable recipes By Angie This contains lots of inviting looking recipes which I have found helpful as I am trying to eat more vegan but have no clue where to start. My only disappointment is down to the kindle format. I have never bought an ebook recipe book before and it really does nothing to attract you to the recipes. In hindsight it would have been better to purchase a hard copy. But that is personal preference.

Plus it has some nice smoothies at the end. Perfect if you get tired of eating the same thing day after day. Just make sure you have plenty of cooked quinoa on hand. The salads in a jar are beautiful and colorful.
