This one is worth a try for it focuses on building muscles aside from keeping fit. I need this since I am not getting any younger and I don’t want to have a saggy arms and thighs. The content of this book thoroughly explains muscle- building, the power of liquid diet and the importance of protein in this kind of program. There are 25 protein shakes and beverage recipes included in this book and these are very easy recipes that all of us can make. This book is another inspiration to keep up my goal of staying fit and healthy.

After reading it, i can honestly say it is an interesing book on how to gain weight by making a liquid diet. This book talks about some brief explanation on how the muscle gain works, such as the protein synthesis on your body and what nutrients you should get in each recipes. I've not tried all the recipes yet, but im looking forward to do it in the next week, because they seem delicious. Afterall, i recommend this book if you are trying to gain weight with a liquid diet.
