Marla and the group have certainly changed my life and I am so grateful for their support. t’s the great thing about these kindle books, you can say whether they are good or bad and can even get a refund if you want. I'm not refunding this! When reading this book, you will understand more the essence of a diet, what and when to eat, and the exact measures to serve. This book is packed with all the recipes that a person or family would ever need in a day-- breakfast, lunch, dinner and desserts included! What's more exciting is that the recipe's are so easy to follow.

She discusses the labels but doesn't really explain what is acceptable levels of fiber, sodium etc. The recipes in the book are also very good. Overall we are very happy with this plan. It is very easy to read and understand, with lots of helpful information on blood pressure, cholosteral, healthy eating habits, etc. It even offers menus and food suggestions, exercise and so much more. Anyone wanting to improve their health should read this and find out more about DASH diet.

I had never heard of the Dash Diet before but I am so impressed with it because it doesn’t even feel like I am on a diet. I have already started to shed some pounds which is nice because I have been overweight for some time now.
