As I started a fitness program a few months ago, I try to go to the gym 3 times a week and generally feel stiff (and even sore...) every day... Advait's yoga is perfect for me since it is gentle and easy although extremely beneficial. I love the breathing part since I know I need it to re-balance and I feel wonderful after each session. I highly recommend...

I find them easy to read and follow the pictures are great which aid in helping you follow the routines. This is great for beginners and a refreshment for more experienced yogi's.
