There are so many wright-loss books which claim to give you the results in less than one week. This book was not one of those books but I thought I should wait for at least 31 days to give it a try before I write my review. Guys - I really mean it...this book DOES work, at least it DID work for me. Yes, I enjoyed the recipes and the results were amazing. Nice and plain lunches which give you energy for the day and you don't feel heavy. I know Anne has written books on dinners and breakfasts and I will try them. I can't say about other books by Anne (we will see soon) but I can say with great confidence that this book works. People simply need to discover this book and I am sure all of them will motivated to write honest reviews as I have done. Enjoy your lunches and lose weight at the same time. Highly recommended!

As with the breakfast version, I love the freedom the author gives to make changes as wanted/needed because it fits my personality. Even more importantly, however, are how fun and delicious the meals are. They fit all of my desired criteria: simple to prepare, healthy & tasty (not necessarily in that order!).My favorites so far are the "Hot And Sour Egg Drop Soup" and "Greek Avgolemono Soup" (I had to go cut and paste that one for the spelling!) and I plan on working through the rest!You should definitely get this book if you are looking for some fresh, yet uncomplicated, ideas!
