Breakfast end up being an afterthought and we just eat anything, something that might erode all our hard work. Breakfast is said to be the most important meal of the day, that's why I always make sure to eat well during this hour. This surprised me as I didn't think it will be satisfying as it claimed to be. I like the recipes and how easy it is to make. Very good way to start the day.
