I'm glad I did.First of all, I learnt how exercising really affects my body and what I was doing wrong every single day. I always thought running was the best kind of workout but it turns out I was wrong! I discovered the power of walking (yes, walking)! This book contains a great amount of workout programs and schedules for losing weight using nothing but walking. I'm still implementing this stuff but I already feel great. Not bored anymore!
