This book also has an example of how to come up with a meal plan which can be useful for some people By hp I bought this book, hoping I can help change my parent's lifestyle. This is a book for people who fall under the senior age group, to help them improve their lifestyle and well being. So if you're looking for potions to stop aging, this book is not for you. This book gives tips on how to make use of items at home to do simple exercises suitable for the elderly which I find it interesting. This book also has an example of how to come up with a meal plan which can be useful for some people. Overall, I would recommend this book!

From this book, I learn that good exercise and dieting habits can prevent aging. The author gave a simple formula to stay healthy and young: An hour of exercise a day and five colors on the plate keep the doctor away. And it is not even difficult to implement the suggestions in the book. Definitely buy this book to improve your well being.
