For the number of great recipes and food knowledge that Mindful Dine shares, it's worth way more than $2.99. Most recipes are simple and have ingredients that aren't impossible to find for the everyday person. I love the little tips that are provided throughout the book on alternative ways to do different cooking techniques and which products to buy and why it matters. It's also great and SUPER motivating to have a recipe book that's explaining the health benefits of the ingredients you're about to use and why they're so vital for your health. This book is perfect for me because I can broaden my palate, feel good about what I'm preparing, improve my overall health, and do it all without being a Master chef! If this eBook is just a taste for what's next for Mindful Dine, I can't wait to have more!!

In a world that has become faster and time has become more precious, it is sometimes difficult to treat your body with the wholeness and kindness it deserves. With easy recipes, that may seem daunting at first, show that eating well to not only fill yourself with wonderful food, but to improve your overall health is easier than you think. I am a firm believer that so many things that ail us start with the diet. In this book you can find not only amazing recipes, but an understanding of why these foods are important, which the author delivers in a very 'digest able' manner. Eating smartly and with mindfulness has overreaching benefits throughout your life. This recipe book is an essential to moving toward a more balanced life.

By veronica s Clean, delicious dinner ideas is a great recipe book for anyone looking to add some new, healthy, plant-based meals to their weekly meal rotation! My husband and I have had such a great time trying them out and experimenting with some new ingredients we've never used before (who would have thought he'd like millet?!) and all the meals take minimal time to prepare.In addition to the tasty concoctions, the author also explains how these foods will directly and immediately help your body reach its peak levels by cluing the reader in on what is going on inside your body after your meal is finished. I've already recommended this book to family members and will also suggest to friends looking to improve their diet. Great find!
