About the Author JJ struggled to loss weight as teenager. She loves to eat so much and won't let go of her eating habits. By the age of 23, she made a massive changes in her life by choosing the right food to keep her healthy. She is now an experienced Chef & Author. Throughout her career, she has contributed to several cookbooks. She is always been fascinated by writing nutritional meals. She now mostly spent her time cooking and writing health and wellness books. She is an advocate of healthy living by preparing and consuming healthy foods. By Angie Lawliss This book is put together very poorly a lot of mistakes, One of the recipes shows a picture of fish, has the ingredients for Sour Cream Roast and has the instructions for who knows what, the ingredients don't match the instructions . That is just one thing that isn't right the book is full of mistakes, I haven't tried the recipes yet but if the quality of this book is any indication I'm not sure how good they will be. I'm a little disappointed considering most things I get from Amazon I have been very happy.

This book is an excellent reference for everyone who lives a healthy lifestyle. There are plenty of recipes for all meals of the day, which are very easy to cook and can suit every taste and lifestyle. I tried Super Chicken. It was an amazing meal.Great reference for healthy eating fans.

By Olivia Leaf I work 10 hour days, an hour away from home...this book is phenominal and is exactly what I’ve been looking for to provide a variety of healthy and delicious meals for my family! They include main dishes, soups, desserts and endless more creative ideas (kale chips)!!!
