By Max Most weeks I am not a vegitarian but I have noticed that when I take up a vegetarian diet I feel so much better that I will take 1-4 weeks off every now and then and go on a meat fast. my number one problem with going vegetarian was that I didn't know how to make many vegtarian recipies. This book has solved that problem, now I could cook a different meal every day all year long! Good work Juliana!
