It is shorter than I imagined, however; it still has given me more than ample details on how to do feet reflexology by myself. The book discussed the idea behind reflexology, its benefits, how often one should have reflexology, its significance and a lot more. I learned that it can relax our mind, let us sleep well and make our blood circulation better. Reading this book is an awesome way to regularly have reflexology at home despite the hectic schedules. I learned that reflexology should not be painful. But, those who can hold the worst pains when having this therapy can yield the best results. This is true because the stronger this practice becomes the more energy is being moved to the rest of the body. This sounds interesting! So, if you have a high pain tolerance, then this is recommended for you.I liked your book, Jing! It is informative and comprehensive. I hope I can read more of your works.

By Thea It is important that we should know and be knowledgeable of reflexology. It is only not that we get relax or relieve when we undergo on reflexology or foot massage but also it help us to stay healthy and treat other illnesses or diseases. And so it is recommended or that we should have knowledge and understand how reflexology works and practice. Through this guide, I learn a lot more about the legends of reflexology that are not true. I learned simple techniques that I could use and be done in home to be relieved and relax after a very tiring and stressed day from work.
