A Lifestyle Not A Diet By Val If you are starting out in Paleo, considering Paleo or have already made it part of your life, then you should get Neil Winter’s book. This book help you make the transition to Paleo, avoid many of the pitfalls that throw even long time Paleo lifestyle people off program. Something as simple as no longer calling it a “Diet” are important to developing a sustainable lifestyle. An excellent companion to the cook books and the meal plans that are available.

Think not sacrifice but reward By Denniger Bolton I've read a couple other of Neil Winters, the author's Paleo Diet books and this one is mainly to help us, the dieters, along with the diet. He tells us the best way to ease into the diet which is not really a diet but a lifestyle. Instead of thinking about the sacrifices, the author tells us, think about the rewards we reap by changing our lifestyle. So, there's 33 tips, like studying the diet first, ridding your kitchen of non-paleo things, and so forth.

Perfect for those who are struggling to maintain a Paleo Diet By Annie Davis It is very hard to stick to a paleo diet because you run out of options quite easily. This book was of great help when it came to understanding this form of diet completely and then following it successfully. I have never felt more energetic and healthy. I would say that a huge chunk of the credit goes to this book.
