Amazing, delicious and easy to make healthier recipes By Roberto Quiros A friend recommend me this amazing book with delicious and easy to make recipes that can help you in your plan to get in shape and healthier. This publication has a delicious number of recipes from the breakfast to diner with many options and amazing flavors.And even amateur cookers can prepare almost all the meals in the book. I strongly recommended for people who doesn’t know what to eat in the beginning of a healthier diet. Since I started to use this book to prepare my meals, I started to feel the difference of a good diet in my body.

It is a printed copy of an e-book, and as such there are items that say "click here for more info!" and "subscribe". There is NO meal plan and there is NO 30 day transition to raw foods. I am disappointed with the representation of this item.
