It is full of information on weight loss and has many salad recipes that look delicious. This is two books in one with so many tips and good advice that I highly recommend this if you want to lose weight. It tells about why you may be adding pounds, the foods that cause weight gain and so what to avoid. The color pictures are excellent and the book is well laid out and easy to read and understand. I will be recommending this book to anyone that needs to know about the food we eat and why they cause problems and how to lose weight easily.

I cant wait to try them out! I liked hearing about Don's story about how changed his life through healthy eating. I will use this not only for the recipes but also as motivation on my fitness journey! :)

Salads can become boring after a while but the author included various salad recipes that I had never tried before but love. And best of all the recipes are low in calories which help support weight loss.
