A Good Gift for a Single Person By solanco The recipes are decent, and, mostly, simple. An interesting use: I have purchased several extra copies of this. Gifted them to single friends who cook. I am not aware of any cookbook with recipes for one person. But! Making lunch is usually cooking for one.

I find myself using it not only for lunch inspiration but dinner as well. Recipes are easy to follow and there are also many useful tips on what items to keep stocked. Loved this so much that I have bought it as a gift for someone else.
