By Amazon Customer I have all of Janella's previous books and cook from them regularly. Super Natural Foods is different as it is completely vegetarian as opposed to her previous books have recipes for fish and seafood. Janella consistently delivers healthy and wholesome recipes which are exciting and have my colleagues and friends asking for the recipes. She doesn't limit herself to one style of food and introduces you to new and interesting ingredients which really lift the dishes to a whole new level.I have cooked more than 16 recipes from the new book and it does not disappoint. My favourites are Quinoa Breakfast Patties, Indonesian Salad (the peanut sauce is spectacular), Japanese noodles in broth, Creamy Mushroom Penne, Broad Bean and Kelp Noodle Salad (OMG this is so yum), Millet and Miso Vegetable Soup, Black Bean Tofu, Kale Chips, Bliss Balls, Babaganoush (the best I've tasted), Banana nut cupcakes (I have adapted this and it is my go to healthy banana bread recipe).I have around 20-30 beautiful recipe books but my three Janella books get used constantly. I use a pencil to write notes on the recipes which adds to the much loved feel of the books. Friends always take her books off the shelf when they visit and drool over the recipes.
