By Jon What a great collection of 28 short inspirational stories.These are the sort of gems that you can read again and again and I've already found a few that give me more than one meaning and made me sit back and think 'wow', that is actually pretty good.My favourite (so far!) has to be 'Attempt'. It's about a farmer who has a dream to be a painter and went to consult the town's 'wise-man'. I won't add any more spoilers here, best you check it out for yourself because I think some of these stories will mean different things to different people!Very good read and very inspirational, certainly makes you think. Great work author.

They have a strong thread of nature, which interacts with humans and animals. The stories are nicely written, and have an important moral at the end of each one. This would be a nice companion on a journey through natural landscapes, fishing, or any time you would like to be inspired by nature. I think this would also be a nice book that you could choose to just read one story, to start every day. That way, it would just be a little something to leave you pondering, as you go about the rest of your day.

Aside from the inspiration I got, I liked that each of gems here are short yet full in value and meaning. I particularly liked the "Past". I was able to relate to that one so much. With just a few words, the author was able to exactly tell my story and get me to relate to it. I liked the others just as much and I learned a bunch from this inspirational book. I was also able to relate to "Courage" and "Dream". With the way the author wrote every piece of this book, I can go on reading more of these.
