By Cheri Clay “Following a Mediterranean - inspired diet won’t just put delicious meals on the table – it could improve your health!” Intrigued and skeptical I know I was till I began reading this fabulous book. Tony isn’t someone who made this all up as it has been tested and tried, although he has a way of presentation that reading is like eating an amazing meal besides, who can argue with the proof of his grandmother who lives this lifestyle of health. I believe anyone can write a diet book, but Tony’s clear, engaging style is not another diet book but a life changing resource. The recipes are out of this world not only delicious, but also simple and inexpensive. However the hook for me was all the outstanding info that Tony delivers about the Mediterranean life that I found myself inspired and rereading several chapters as proof to change my life. “Mediterraneans are believed to be the healthiest people in Europe” and by my own words, Americans have become fat and lazy causing a need to reverse the cycle. With Tony’s book we have the perfect guide to help us lose any necessary weight and begin living a long healthy life.

A Complete Guide For Mediterranean Diet By Bayon Jose My colleagues suggested me Mediterranean diet since I eat a lot, and I have to say, I really liked it. I tried a few from this book, and it tasted good, I don't get that bad feeling when I go to an unpleasant diet. This diet combines all kind of food items, so we really don't miss any of them, and it don't taste weird at all !!The recipes are well explained and it is to cook most of them. I tried a few, they all tasted good. When I search online, I found so many interesting things about the Mediterranean diet, they are great for our health, and also good to reduce our excess weight. I recommend this book, if you are willing to try Mediterranean diet.

A "Diet Book" with Recipes to Die For By TaylorS While I loved the information about the Mediterranean Diet included in the book, some of my favorite parts were those where the author incorporated his own experience with the people and culture. This carried over into the meal plan. Although I have not had the opportunity to try the recipes yet, the descriptions alone were enough to make my mouth water! I cannot wait to purchase everything I need to try a "real" Mediterranean Diet for a week and highly recommend this book to anyone curious about this diet but unsure of where to start.
