I am looking for a CrossFit guide that I can do in our house and I saw this book. This book explained to me the underlying principles of CrossFit. I learned what the foundational movements of CrossFit are. There is work out of the day plans so that I can maintain it. I also learned the gym bag essentials for CrossFit. I am excited to try this and I know I can save lots of time using these tips.

This book was absolutely great and it will deepen our knowledge about crossfit. It also helped me fully understand on what crossfit is all about. Crossfit is a core strength and conditioning program. The whole content of the book was well written and can be easily understood. This book will provide to us the foundational movements of crossfit and the gym bag essentials for crossfit. It will also explain here on what WOD is and it will provide us some plans for it. I learned a lot from this book. Good job to the author. Great work!

By Love To Read given the fact that there are so many books already in the market gobbling up the shelves, this book offers you very specific weight loss regime. which is less of lecture and more about practicals. You do them.you get results. an eye opener. that a book can also be a fitness instructor. though there are some short comings which is like you ought to understand the right posture and positions of these exercises which fits your physic the best. well a book cant help you on that. you have to get that done on your own.
