The truth about cancer and other diseases. Stay outside the box of cancer! Modern medicine and its supporters ask us to accept many diseases, fatigue and the loss of vitality as the natural manifestations of aging. How is it possible that these symptoms are increasingly being manifested in younger people? Are we aging faster? How old then is a child suffering from diabetes? What is wrong with a 30-year-old man who has a heart attack? Is it possible that the truth is absolutely different? How is it possible that the number of heart attacks and cases of cancer have been increasing at such a rate in the past decade? How is it possible that diabetes was a rare disease a hundred years ago, and now is spreading like an epidemic? What is the truth? Do you trust the doctors who treat you? Do you trust the drugs they prescribe for you? The book “Don't Rush to the Grave!” might just as well be titled “Unnecessary Diseases” because this is exactly what it alludes to. Modern medicine, through health care, successfully focuses on the consequences of diseases, without caring much about the causes. This book focuses primarily precisely on the causes and, while presenting interesting facts, it provides shocking revelations. Prepare for a dose of emotions when you disclose the backstage of an industry which is similar to “death factories”. The message of the book is clear: “Take the treasure of your health into your own hands, otherwise someone else will gladly seize its care to make a great profit out of you!”

About the Author Thomas Kaspar – Seeker of Facts and Investigator into the Truth about Health He was born into a family that were pioneers of a healthy lifestyle. Since childhood he has been exceptionally curious and versatile. Questions into a healthy lifestyle have been his lifetime hobby. At first, he trusted modern medicine. The first disappointment came after 1993, when he learned about the scientific discoveries of Associate Professor Dr. Ivan Dolejší regarding cancer and the way his discoveries were ignored and concealed by the health care industry. Since then he began to be cautious about the claims of modern medicine. He began to investigate what the truth is, to compare information and to seek connections, Suddenly he discovered that many things are different from what we are told. Because he hates it when people are kept from the truth, he published the results of his research in his book, "Don't Rush to the Grave". Thomas Kaspar is an investigative author who delves down to the roots when searching for causes and who seeks the connection between our physical, mental and financial health.

This book is a unique collection of published (and some unpublished) research outcomes. It reads very well and you can finish it in one evening. There are stories about how people came to different conclusions and truths about cancer. You can also find some explanations of why these outcomes are not in favor of pharmaceutical companies. E.g.: Drink more of (pure) water to get rid of some diseases - who would pay for this treatment? Probably nobody, therefore the doctor has to tell you: Take this pill (with a full glass of water) and it will help you. After this book I wonder if it is the pill helping or the full glass of water...Anyway the book starts with an interesting chapter about chlorine in food and its negative effects on roosters (shorter life span, worse looks and health...). You can conclude what it does for you in case you have it in your drinking water. The next 8 chapters are about cancer. It starts with outcomes and interesting facts about cancer. How it forms, how to diagnose it in early stages using urine, how to prevent it and so on.It also points out why people 50 or 100 years ago looked better, lived longer and died without suffering. Thanks to food industry (the author hints on it as being owned by pharmaceutical companies) we are now actually dying from young age on and suffering for years before we finally die. Obesity in America (and slowly everywhere else in the Western world) can in fact be a visual sign that your body is missing some vital elements. Some of the outcomes are well known and already promoted by health specialists (like "sugar in your drink = not healthy"). However some facts make sense only after reading the book and seeing the facts.I recommend this book to everyone who is interested in stroke and cancer prevention. Author hints on some methods of prevention of other illnesses and maybe AIDS.From a top-down view this book reminds me of a popular series from the past (Chicken Soup for the Soul anybody?) and has a chance of becoming your favorite one.

By Amazon Customer An amazing book that changed completely the way I looked at nutrition and inspired me to healthy lifestyle in general. I already recommended it to several friends of mine - and the book had the same effect on them. Some of them were lucky and won the battle against cancer, some I hope that will. Anyway, the best is always the prevention and for that is this book really great! Mr. Kaspar, thank you very much for all what you are doing, to bring so important facts to people who could never access to them. I wish you a lot of strength and many future 'life-changing' books. Looking forward to the next one.Dominika M.
