The author Dr. Perry has given several solutions to get relaxed to handle the many stressful areas of your life.Where to start? The author shows us to how to get the maximum benefits from this book. Next he provides us with with an introduction to using the mind to relax. You will learn to identify the types of stress and how to control this killer. I am aware of this problem. My wife who eat healthy food, did not drink, smoke or do drugs got Cancer. She was pronounced clinically cured three times, it was the fourth time that got her. I can point to the stressful event just before each return of the Cancer. I believe that stress caused her Cancer. Which makes being able to identify stress is of vital importance. I would relabel it the "bible" on mindful relaxation. The author Greg, has reached the pinnacle of the schooling system with his PhD and clearly has the ability to explain this topic to anyone who may be interested. You won't be disappointed.

The contents explain very well the different relaxation techniques for stress release, helps one understand what stress is made up of and how to start coping with stress through mindful relaxation. The techniques explained are very practical and the exercises effective. I found that doing some of the techniques myself really helps in relieving stress and re-focusing on the positive. I am applying the stress awareness diary which is useful for me and the breathing exercises. Highly recommended!
