By Rahul Jain There is a lot of talk about the effectiveness of low carb eating. It’s a method that genuinely works in losing weight but the questions are “how will you know the recipes of low carb and does the recipe taste good or is it expensive?” These are the questions you will find addressed in this book. In this book you will find easy and affordable recipes that not only taste good but are guaranteed to help in weight loss. I highly recommend this book to all, because it’s written in an easy to follow, conversational style; hence anyone can read and relate to these recipes.

By Notphoto I have waisted a lot of money trying to find a decent cookbook for LCHF diet and one that makes life simple, too many cookbooks with strange ingredients. However this book is very good. I have made the cauliflower hash for breakfast.. Very good. And last night I had the chipolte pork roast... best pork roast ever! And a few days ago I made the zucchini meatloaf it was a winner for my family. And this is all in a slow cooker. It seems like a straight forward book... and I am glad I purchased it.. it's better than most I have tried. If your looking for some very good slow cooker LCHF recipes this book is good.
