Some of the recipes are Paleo versions of more traditional breakfast dishes, like waffles that use nut flour instead of wheat flour, and some are completely different ideas. I can't wait to try the chicken and apple sausage. Many "Paleo" cookbooks are really liberal with their definition of the term, incorporating dairy and potatoes and other true Paleo no-nos, but Welkins stays pretty faithful to the original definition developed by pioneers like Dr. Cordain. I love it when recipe books have pictures and nutritional content, and this one has both, for every recipe. It is a keeper

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and so what better way to energize yourself for the day than by eating a paleo breakfast. The one paleo diet breakfast recipe in this book that got me salivating like I was about to bite on a big mac was the breakfast casseroles. This paleo diet breakfast recipe got nutritious and tasty ingredients in it like bacon; thus shouldn’t’ be hard for your average Joe to adapt to. I highly recommend this paleo diet breakfast recipe book.

By Rhaenys Taking in the Paleo diet basically means you're eating healthy; and with eating healthy comes a lot of benefits (lose weight and prevent some medical conditions). The book gave straight-forward benefits you will reap with the diet, nutrition facts, and a bit of history why it's called "Paleo Diet". We all know that the most important meal of the day is breakfast, and a proper, healthy breakfast can give us really good results too.
