A very orginal book from a winning shot for a first timer author book By René-Laurent Ballaguy Practise Happiness is a very original book which mixes scientific information with natural medicine and what you can read with success coach. The author is also an energy therapist so she explains scientifically what brings energy to our body or what drowns the energy out of us…For instance cities like Los Angeles have much higher energetic vibrations than Paris for instance, I did not know about it. In conclusion, the book was very interesting, I would recommend it to my friends.

Many studies may have been published about it but it was interesting for me to realize that the way we eat and our thoughts influence our well-being. I learnt a lot about what kind of activities and behaviors bring negativity around me, so I am going to practice all these exercises right now!
