1 of 2 people found the following review helpful. Not true freezer meal cooking By Kindle Customer This is a collection of recipients that need serious editing. Some had missing ingredients that showed up only at time of assembly, or incomplete ingredients, like 1 can of cream soup... what kind if cream? But where it fails is selling this as once a month freezer cooking. True freezer cooking will have a group if recipes,many with shared ingredients that can be cooked at one time. IE: 10 lbs of browned ground beef, or baked chicken breasts that will be added to different recipes that can speed up your cooking time an incredulous amount. Not here. Every recipe us cooked and assembled separately, then has to be unthawed and cooked again! So this in effect increases your overall cooking time for each recipe. It's why the author stated you need two days WITH help to cook for the month. You would actually be better off cooking these recipes individually each night. The only good thing is that most recipes seem quick, using canned and jarred ingredients. Many would hate that, but if good for saving time. Unfortunately, these recipes a not good for weight loss and should probably cause weight gain.
