About the Author Hello, I'm Martha McDowell, Mental Health Counselor and Therapist During my past 10 years I was responsible for: Developing and implementing treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge. Collaborating with other staff members to perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans. Evaluating clients' physical or mental condition based on review of client information. Meeting with families, probation officers, police, and other interested parties in order to exchange necessary information during the treatment process. Referring patients, clients, or family members to community resources or to specialists as necessary. Counseling family members to assist them in understanding, dealing with, and supporting clients or patients. Evaluating the effectiveness of counseling programs and clients' progress in resolving identified problems and moving toward defined objectives. Planning, organizing and leading structured programs of counseling, work, study, recreation and social activities for clients. Modifying treatment activities and approaches as needed in order to comply with changes in clients' status. So, I have some experience and I want to share with you in my books what I learned. You see in my job as the accounting manager I spend alot if time in front of a computer. My eye sight has been deteriorating as I get older so has my husband's eye sight. His is because of his diabetes. I am always doing research on natural cures to improve eye vision. This book provides a wealth of information for natural remedies. The book lists remedies for diet like eating kale and carrots just to name a few. There a quite a few recipes for eye wash very interesting stuff.I recently started to make an extra effort to drink more water every day and apparently this is good for the eyes as well. This book was well researched and very educational.

Only two of them said that the exercises etc. actually helped their eyesight at all and they didn't say how much their eyesight had improved. The other reviews simply stated what the book contained and that it seemed like good information. I need conclusive, actual information about results like how much their prescription eyeglasses changed or if they no longer require glasses to see clearly.

By Kevin L I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in improving eye sight in a natural way. I have read quite a a few books so far and this is one of the best. Great exercises, easy to follow, aimed at normal people who are not professionals!I highly recommend this book to anyone who is seriously thinking of using a natural method to improve their eyesight.
