The author lays out the challenge that we all face when pursuing a slimmer and healthier body and also provides evidence-based solutions. I especially liked how the importance of setting goals and having the proper mindset was given attention early on in the book. Proper nutrition is mysterious for many of us and this book does a great job of "clearing up" many contentious theories that have been long held by modern society. The information is laid out in a concise manner and is easy to understand. Read this book and be educated.

I wish the academic courses on nutrition and health were so clear back in my high school days or even now!
