It is in fact the habits that create a difference or weight loss that sustain forever or at least a long time. The author has tried to list down the plan which of course you acquire over a period of time , mastering them and attaining them permanently. The author goes in to answer the what, why , when , where and how questions. How the bad habits have been acquired, what is the science behind the good habits and bad habits, where do we acquire them from, what is to be done to acquire good habits and most importantly how to achieve that. Very good guide to build a perfect diet habit.
