Great Collection of Recipes – Enticing for your Taste Buds and Good for Your Health By Stephanie The book is full of Paleo Lithic recipes that are not only great for your taste buds but also good for your health, your weight control efforts as they are based strictly based on Paleolithic diet principles. So when one cooks something from these recipes there is an additional satisfaction that one is eating something good for the health. I have tried a few of the recipes so far and they were great to taste. I hope that other recipes are as good or even better. Nice collection of some great Paleolithic Recipes!
