Most of the population is out of shape and it would do them some good to take a couple minutes out of their day and read this book. Being into fitness, I know how important it is to get the ball rolling and this is an easy to understand guide to get started with the basics. Not only are there great beginning exercise ideas but Elle also touches on how important eating properly is on your health and well being as well.
